Posted on: June 2, 2009 Written by: Cheri Garcia
The other day an old friend wanted to meet me at the lake. WHAT?! That means bathing suit! Summer is already here and I am not ready for bathing suit season at all! I decided to buy P90X so I could get whipped into shape. P90X is a dvd workout program that uses “muscle confusion” to help you lose weight faster. Will it work?

Having a balanced Memorial Weekend
Posted on: May 24, 2009 Written by: Lindsey Miller Crouch
Memorial Weekend is here…that means burgers, sun, and probably some beer. Yesterday my fiance’, and I, and even our 14 pound pooch named Caiden, joined our friends on their boat out at Joe Pool lake for some fun in the sun!
