I’m very excited to be a part of the DFWReporting Team now! Moving from San Antonio to Dallas was a big change, but thrilling none the less! 2002 graduate from Sandra Day O’Connor High School in San Antonio…Go Panthers… and being a current Alumni from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Broadcast Communications, I’m excited to venture from reporting for the UTA “Shorthorn” newspaper, working in sports radio at The Ticket, and now reporting online “news without the blues”! Staying updated with current events is what I like to do best, and working as an Assignment Editor for NBC 5 in Fort Worth,TX definitely helps with that! Being raised from a military background and having traveled in different provinces, I love the diversity and variety in any environment. You can always catch me signing up for something extreme! That’s right… adventure sports, extreme sports, and exciting entertainment is what I like to live by…my life goal in a nutshell…to have good ole fashion healthy fun!
