Turning back the hands of time. In most cases, it’s easier said than done, not to mention painful, especially when it comes to turning around the effects of aging on the human body. However, Dallas spa owner, Lisa Cobb, welcomed a new FDA approved procedure that just might be the next big thing in anti-aging.

“Overall it takes less time,” said Luxury on Lovers Owner Lisa Cobb. “It’s not painful at all where as some of the others one are incredibly painful plus it can do the entire body.”

The process is called Venus Freeze. It uses radio frequencies to revive collagen which tightens and tones skin and reduces the appearance of cellulite.

“A lot of people see results after the first treatment,” said Cobb. “Some people really start noticing after the third or fourth.”

Cindy Ellig decided to try Venus Freeze on her thighs and started seeing results after her second treatment.

“I do like the results so far so I’ve gone to my arms and my neck,” said Ellig.

Luxury on Lovers offers Venus Freeze treatments starting at two hundred dollars.

  1. Marcus Says:

It sounds just like low-tech Thermage – radio waves to tighten collagen along with cold to offset the heat of the radio waves. What’s the difference?

  2. Eryn Van Valkenburg Says:

I have not tried it but this new technology isn’t the least bit painful and doesn’t have the capabilities to burn the skin. From what I understand Thermage is painful in most cases and is pretty expensive where as Venus Freeze is relatively cheap in comparrison.
