There was a time in his life when my finace’ went to one of the greatest hair dressers in town – LB. But these days he’s getting his homemade haircuts from little ole me.
Now that summer is here, heĀ decided that a short, athletic, and fuss-free cut is what he’s after. Recently we took out the trimmers, along with it’s trusty friend, guard #8, and we gave him a homemade haircut. And he just loves it! We actually taped the first cut on our video camera – what a night that was! I was totally nervous that he would end up with a bald spot or something, which would be a disaster, as Daniel often gets impromptu phone calls to model for JCPenney or Dillards doing print or commercial ads.
When his hair was longer, Daniel battled between having to either part it, which really isn’t him, or spike it up, which isn’t him so much either. But now, there’s no parting and no spiking, it’s the perfect length to just do it’s own thing.
We just cleaned him up a little around the ears – big interview tomorrow!
Now onto the suit…
