Growing up in Dallas I’ve always enjoyed the city’s beautiful skyline. The iconic “ball”, as I call it, also known as Reunion Tower has caught my eye for years. Until recently I had never been inside! While planning a night out my friend Chelsea suggested that we try Wolfgang Puck’s new restaurant, Five Sixty… representing the number of feet the eatery sits above the ground. What a treat! We traveled up over 50 floors to reach the top. The view of the Dallas skyline alone is enough to make you glad you came. As we made it inside I was mesmerized by the 70′s inspired rotating dining area. So cool! The Asian-Infused menu offered lots of tasty choices. We decided to go with sushi and martinis. I had the dragon roll and the best martini I’ve ever had! Try the Peartini. Yummy!
