Guess what crime in Dallas is down 17.5% in 2009. This is a huge relief for some businesses in big D. It’s always good to hear positive news like this. Everyday we hear that so and so house got broken into and so and so business got hit by bandits who made off with cash and stolen goods they haven’t earned.

It’s almost an after thought when we read about it stuff like this on the internet, hear about it in tv or read about it in a newspaper. I know from experience when this kind of thing happens to you…when you are the one who has been victimized…it’s an inconvenience that causes disruption in your plans and you can’t believe there are people who are so inconsiderate of others. So crime is down 17.5%? Thank God.

Something tells me we’ll still be seeing the breaking news police chases on tv this year though. I guess that’s inevitable in every big city in America.

But yet crime in the suburbs in increasing, perhaps the Dallas criminals are the ones to blame for this since.

Note to criminals: Stop stealing! Thanks for the comment Melissa. Is crime really on the rise in suburbs in Dallas?
